Bala Sadhana is a project for children in the age group of 6 to 16 years. These children are introduced to yoga, meditation, nature conservation, waste recycling, waste management, art, culture, tradition sculpture etc. Bala Sadhana is an ongoing process and Eshwara Peetam considers itself as a companionto these kids in their endeavor to lead a complete life.
The children taking part in Bala Sadhana meet on the second sunday of every month at a specific place and are given training on the above subjects and are lead by their hands tolive a life which is one with nature.
As a part of Bala Sadhana we also teach the kids about agriculture, organic farming etc through a programme called –“Bala Krishi Shikshanam” We take the kids on field trips and encourage them to live a life which is one with nature .
