Sri Maha Rudra Japa Samithy (SMART)

This Samithy was formed with the blessings of all acharyas in the year

2002. The main aim of the Samithy is to strive through prayers

for world peace, and save the humanity from calamities and to

contribute for the upliftment of mankind in the path of religion

and Vaitheega Samprathayam.

It has 600+ Members residing in and around Chennai who have

learned to Chant VEDA through Gurus. The members participate

in Maha Rudra Japams and Athi Rudra Japam in various SHIVA

Temples and Religious Organisations either Sponsored or

organised by the samithy itself. So far the Samithy has participated

in 330+ Maha Rudram, 20+ Adi Rudra Maha Yagnams and other

spritiual programmes with the blessing of the elders.
