Thiru Vilakku Pooja, Lalitha Sahasra Nama Archanai, Nama Sankeerthanam  and other Pooja was conducted

by Eshwara Peetam on 02/10/14 at Valampuri Kamala Vinayagar Temple on 02/10/14.

Around 30 devotees took part in the Thiru Vilakku Pooja during which Lalitha Sahasranamam was recited,

followed by Unjal Seva for Sri Lalitha Parameshwari. The devotees then  took part in Gommi dance around

the  Ambika.

A two hour Nama Sankeerthanam was done by Eshwara Peetam volunteers along with Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamiji.

The Bhajan started with a Song  on Ganapathy " Mundhi Ganapathy Sharanam" and ended with songs on

Sri Shiradi Sai Baba as it was a thursday (Guru Varam) and the next day 03/10/14 was Sai Baba's Samadhi Day koreapills.com.

Prasadham was distributed to all devotees.

Sivanadiyargal Thirukuttam participated in the Navarathri Pooja Celebrations at

Siragu Monessori School, Palavedupettai on 01/Oct/14.

Siragu Montessori School was started by Uma and Muthuram, to provide quality

education and rehabilitation for children begging on the streets and pavements

of parts in and around Chennai, free of cost. For generations, these communities

have never had any real opportunity to break out of their situation, make education

a priority or pursue a sustainable source of livelihood. Siragu was therefore started

in 2003 with the aim to reach out to the most underprivileged, equip them with

competent education and open doors for these children who would otherwise have

been lost to begging on the streets, child labour, child marriage, homelessness and

another generation of missed opportunities.Since most of the children at the school

have no other place to go to, the classrooms at Siragu double up as a safe and sanitary

place of residence for more than 150 of them. The school currently educated over

400 children and has 35 teaching staff and 17 non-teaching staff.

The programme started with a small walk inside the school premises along with

Sri Ramadurai , the Administrative Officer of the school. Pooja started with a prayer

by the students of the school, Sri Raja the Education Officer sang some Bhajans.

It was followed by Thirumurai recitation by Divakar Iyya and story telling session by

Swamiji. It all ended with a group Bhajan with the children and Prasadam

distribution.

கண்களுக்கும் செவிகளுக்கும் விருந்தாகவும், பரபரப்பான வாழ்க்கைச்சுழலால் பழுதடைந்த

மனங்களுக்கு மருந்தாகவும் அமைந்திருந்தது இவ்வழிபாடு வேத வேள்வியோடும்

சிவனடியார்களின் திருமுறை விண்ணப்பதொடும் இவ்வழிபாடு நிறைவடைந்தபோது

Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamiji took part in the Maha Kumbabishekam of Sathya Girishwarar Temple in Senganoor Village near Kumbakonam on 12/09/2014.

He met Paranur Sri Krishna Premi Anna, whose 80th birth anniversary is also being celebrated in his birth place Senganoor. Swamiji also met Sri Maharanyam Muralidhara Swamiji and invited him to take part in the Ekdina Panchakshara Akanda Nama Japa Yagnam on 21/09/2014.

 During the Kumbabishekam Swamiji also spoke with the Adheenam of Thiruppanandaal and also apprised him about the Japa Yagnam.

Eshwara Nama Japa Kendra has decided to start Thirumurai Classes in Eshwara Peedam

from the 3rd of October , 2014. Pooja for the same will be performed on the 3rd, Oct

it being the Vijaya Dasami Day. The classes will be taken on sundays . It has also been

decided to have seperate classes for children between the age group of 7 and 16 years.

The chanting of Narayaniyam written by Sri Narayana Bhattathiri

started in Eshwaraalayam on 05/09/2014 (Friday). Around 15

devotees participated in the chanting. It was decided that the

chanting will be taking place on every Ekadasi Day. Everybody

interested in taking part in the chanting can come by aroung 6 Pm

and drink the nectar of divine nama.
